Someone who is there for you no matter what. Someone who will help you paint your apartment / house or refinish a cabinet if you need the help and is there to cheer you up or assist you when you really need someone. THAT is a true friend.

someone who being for you everytime, unconditionally. some1 who give a life for you, if neccesary, someone who doesn't ask dumb questions, and just sits with you when you feel bad.someone who understands you.
unfortunately, there aren't manty people like that left on Earth.
