there are quite a few chemistry issues in area colonization. the main mandatory question relies upon on the ambience of the colony. we could take Mars to illustrate. ok Mars has little or no atmospheric gasses and stress. To colonize you could desire to examine a biomass producing oxygen in a self contained area to start. flora would be cultivated here and steadily moved out . Photosynthesis will convert the CO2 exhaled by ability of the human beings and animals to O2 and glucose. yet another concern is the recycling of water.

At this point you might want to consider hiring a lawyer to start a foundation in your name. At the time of your death all your belongings will be sold and the money invested on a bank account. In about a thousand years your foundation will have accumulated the value of a billion dollars in current money and the foundation will divest the funds to future colonists. The first space ship with your name can then carry a stone with your name to the new home of your colonists. They can name a town after you or at least a square.

If you are a good physical specimen, you might consider training to become an astronaut.
If you are a good mental specimen, you might consider training to become an aerospace engineer.
If you are neither, you should consider another career.
