When you are too old to go, the indignity of begging for candy from your neighbors will motivate you to not go.

When you are young enough to still want to go, that's not something you think about.

I think not going will eventually occur naturally, but if you are tall enough, at some point, people may stop giving you candy and start calling the cops instead unless you take short friends with you.

Good luck, and remember - it's only candy. You could buy several bags full for 10 bucks.

I think the age of 13 is too old unless I see you out with your younger siblings or such i'll pass out the trick or treats but if its a group of 13 + yr olds nope too old to me. I may give you one piece but the younger kids may get 5 pieces of candy, hence the difference.

Well...if you have a mask on or something they wouldn't know yr age; unless your tall. But I think that you should stop trick or treating when ever you want. I don't think that there is an age limit for it; I still do it and i'm 14.

When you get winded knocking on the door.

When you start asking for high fiber treats.

When you can't eat candy apples because of your dentures.

When you notice the people handing out candy are younger than you.

When they compliment you on your Old Fart mask, even though you aren't wearing one!

Well, I'm 14 and my friends and I still do. And my brother is 16 and his friends and he still do. I don't think you're too old until you're like 25, but by then lots of people have kids and so they get to go with their kids.

I think 12 is about the right age to stop.

I say absolutely no older than 12. My grandson is almost 12 and he's just going along to supervise his 5 yr old brother and 3 yr old cousin- he thinks he's too old to collect candy and I agree!
