Lois was grocery shopping, told Brian to watch Stewie while she talked to an old friend she bumped into, and really watch him she said, remember what happed last time..
then they showed Stewie jumping on the bed with a normal looking head .. Brain wasnt watching him, he hit the celing and smashed his head, making him look like a freak.. Brian says OMG are you OK, the kid says of course why do you ask??
must have been an early ep, I never saw it before, but saw it just a few days ago now that its on 5 days a week in re-runs.

birth defect most likely from one of tom tuckers stds from the black hooker in the episode with seabreeze
