AMD X2 TL-60 is better/faster because of higher fsb and higher processor speed. It is quite comparable to Core2 Duo T5600.

Go with AMD. It's nearly the same (unless your overclocking) as intel core 2 duo.

ITS REALY A MATTER OF PERSONAL PREFERENCE. HOWEVE RI LOVE AMD. SIMPLY DO TO THEY ARE A LIL CHEAPER RUN AROUND THE SAME SPEED AND PERHAPS EVEN FASTER. THEY ARE MORE STABLE WHEN OVERCLOCKED AND YET THEY STILL TEND TO RUN COOLER AS WELL.

INTEL HAS BEEN AROUND A LONG TIME AND THEY HAVE SOME GOOD CHIPS BUT I STILL PREFER AMD OVER THEM ANY DAY.

IF YOUR NOT INTO GAMING THAT MUCH AND WANT A CHEAPER SYSTEM THAT WILL NOT RUN YOU A ARM AND A LEG TO UPDATE LATER GO WITH THE AMD.
