They share almost nothing, the 1990 had all new sheetmetal, a larger engine, 1.6 vs either 1.7 (GS-R) or 1.8 (all the others).

They really didn't look the same either, the 1990 was larger, and the foor door version was a sedan (the earlier models were all hatchbacks). See below for details.

I doubt if parts for a 1990 will fit the 89, if they did the supplier would certainly list it, they would not want to turn away potential customers.

Partstrain has plenty of stuff listed for an 89:

Good luck.

The 1990 is NOT the same body style as the 1986-89's. The 1990 is wider, longer, heavier and has a bigger engine (to deal with the extra weight). Very few parts will fit tboth models.

your in a tight spot the 1989 integra is very different from the DA 1990-1993, items like those are hard to find, if you are tuning it non ricer then check inlinefour.com, go to ksport.com for shocks and springs. Dont forget to change bushing. Check hasport.com also for motor swaps

Celica all day is a way better car than an Integra. Toyota's have lots of upgrades.

ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS WHEN YOU HAVE A QUESTION CALL THE DEALER AND ASK THEM TO CROSS-REFERENCE THE NUMBERS OF THE ITEM IN QUESTION.

IT THEY DON'T WANT TO HELP JUST TELL THEM THAT YOU ARE PLANNING TO BUY THE PART AND THEN THEY WILL HELP YOU.
