Make sure your soap is dissolved completely.

Many people put the soap in first before adding any clothes.

My guess is that you're using dry detergent and not getting it adequately dissolved. Let at least some of the water into the washer - a little hot at the beginning, regardless of what temp you're using, will be better to dissolve the detergent. Add the detergent to the water and swish it around a bit. Then choose the right temp and continue adding water. Don't put the clothes in until it's almost done filling.

A better choice might be to switch to a liquid detergent. However, I would still add the detergent to a bit of water in the bottom before putting in the clothes

are you washing something blue with other clothes that are not blue?

did you leave a pen in the pocket of a pair of pants or shirt by accident then put it through the wash?

Do you have a dispenser for fabric softener? If so, could be from that. Mine does that occasionally. It's like it doesn't dispense it all at the right time.

Check your pockets for blue ink pens before you wash next time.

Most likely it's your fabric softener. You aren't diluting it enough with water.

You should read the directions of your fabric softener.

I had this problem recently, it might be something of blue plastic stuck in your dryer.
