The basic answer is no as caves are usually formed in limestone rocks which do not yield diamonds or gold. There is a very small chance that emeralds could be found as they can occur in carbonate rocks but I have never heard of this happening in my more than 40 years as a professional gemmologist.

Most of 'em are found in the caves. Some golds can also be found in the seawater but the odds are 1/1000000000000 and it is as small as a sand. So don't bother.

There may be small caves in the mines where they are found, but they are usually not very big and they are not typically found in caves.
