I thought of this one because it says he has blue jeans.

can't remember her name, but she was (and probably still is ,blind)........if that helps,.....i think her song was devil 'in' blue jeans, so we may be talking about two different songs....maybe it's "somebody's knocking" by terri gibbs. yeah, i'll bet that's it,
