Hi, of course it is possible in special if you have dogs or cats and they sleep in your bed,or if you bought it in a street...(or if it is a petrified animal) Because if humans, clothes, and your our beds can have them the stuffed animals too.

If the stuffed animal comes in contact with humans or animals so it can get blood, then yes. Fleas would probably lay their eggs on a stuffed animal just like they do in carpet. Then when the eggs hatch, the fleas hop off and bite you.

It could be possible for flea eggs to be laid in stuffed animals, however they would need a host ( dog, human, warmblooded animal) to get their food from (blood).

If you think your stuffed animals have fleas, wash them and vacumme them out really good. Also make sure your pets are on a flea preventive that will also prevent and kill flea eggs, after a few rounds of this treatment/prevention on your pet it will kill off any fleas or flea eggs in your house (the preventives are usually monthly) like Frontline Plus and Advantix.

Fleas leave the dog or cat to lay their eggs in carpets, cracks in the floor, etc. So if the stuffed toy has been around an animal with fleas, they might lay their eggs there, and when they hatch, you could see them on it. But they won't live there since they're blood suckers, and unless you have an extremely unusual stuffed animal...........

Yes, and lice.
You have to be very careful with stuffed animals.
The fleas will lay eggs on them.
And I remember when my kids were little they warned about stuffed animals carrying lice, if your child ever had lice.
For the same reason, the lice will lay the eggs on the stuffed animals.
If I were you, I would through the stuffed animals in the washer.
Good luck :)

yep, stuffed fleas

no, really fleas can't live forever on a a stuffed animal but they can for a while. When you get fleas in your house they get in your carpet, matresses, stuffed animals, etc. They lay eggs and hatch and its a big problem. Wash the animal in hot water and then put it in a plastic bag for a long time. Then wash it in hot water again. Or throw it away.

yes, in the same way that your carpet can have fleas.

Fleas live in the wild in tall grass, and hop onto furry animals to feed and lay eggs.

An animal with fleas lies down on a carpet, some jump off, and the carpet is infested. Stuffed animals are similar to carpet and can be a place where fleas will wait around for an animal to come by.

You're welcome to put your animal into the washer, run it on hot water setting, and then tumble dry to kill them off.

absolutly fleas favour cats and dogs and wont usually make its home on non-living things such as yourstuffed animal but they will lay their eggs and in no time at all you will have a home full of hundreds of bouncing critters also known as an infestation so nip it now and spray your house now especially if you have carpet!!!!thats a nice warm cozy place for the fleas to burrow down and lay their eggs.goodluck

I would say yes, it is possible if your animals have fleas and they are around it. After all when your house has fleas they are in the carpets, furniture, beds,etc...
God Bless.
