To sum up, Yahoo Chargers fans were sick and tired of Marty's conservative style and the fact that he blows and cannot ever win in the playoffs. "Marty has got to go."

Remember preseason where fans cheer about finally a guy who can bring them the Superbowl? LOL!
Maybe firing Norv Turner isn't such a good idea... cause they were wrong about firing Marty!

Terry C, as I have explained, or as last season's Charger fans explained to me, they hate Marty cause he cannot win in the playoffs. So it has nothing to do with regular season.

The owner should fire AJ Smith for firing Marty...They went 14-2, for crying out loud...Granted it was the loss to my team, the Patriots, in the playoffs, that lead to it...but sheesh...How stupid can you be having the best regular season record and firing the coach?
I know about Schottenheimer's playoff futility...But who do you think they'd rather have now?...
BTW, I'm not a Charger fan...I'm a Pats fan...

i think of the Chargers firing Marty and signing Norv will in all probability circulate down as between the main bonehead strikes of the decade. Statistically, Norv Turner sucks as a head coach and he's actual proving it this year. i do no longer think of he will ever be a head coach interior the NFL returned as quickly as the chargers hearth him

haha chargers are 1-3 thts what you get when you replace a coach that cant win in the playoffs for a coach that cant win in the regular season what were you thinking when you replaced a great coach like marty with norv turner
