I have been looking for jobs like crazy. I currently work for Staples and I want to work somewhere else that's paying more. I've been on CareerBuilder and HotJobs but I am getting tired of searching there. Most jobs I look at want 2 or 3 yrs plus experience or degree. I am still in college for goodness sake. I've been looking for administrative/secretarial positions but the experience is like a list. I live in Northern Virginia which is very expensive and I need a job that will support me. Any advice.

Waiting tables will be more flexible for your student hours and also make some money. Admin work will expect you to be there 9-5. You could try temp'ing, but that also may be difficult with your college work.
