Like an outfit..not specific just like a kind of pants and a color shirt....I'm way out of it and don't know what to do...shoes or accessorires would help. No pictures I just need basic, EX. kahkis and a purple t-shirt with converses ( not that obviouly, I wouldn't wear that)

I don't know your style but here's mine: How about a baby doll dress, leggings and ballet flats. Wear simple studs and multiple gold/silver bangles. If it's starting to get cold where you're from, throw in a colorful scarf and a peacoat. Have a great day!

Stick with classic neutrals for pants/skirts, and jackets/hoodies/sweaters, and brights or pastels for tops [ Ts, blouses, pullover sweaters, button shirts, tanks.]
Brights and pastels next to face are very flattering.
Suggest dark wash jeans, with deep pink T and pink flats, Vans, or Converse.
Add silver earrings, you look good already. A bit of mascara, blush, and lip gloss.
A little eyeliner if you feel you need it.
Then add a navy or gray hoodie - warm, cozy, and cute!

dark jeans, a light colored v-neck t-shirt with a tank top under it, and if you have them wear flats, if you don't then tennis shoes or flip-flops will work

my girlfriends all timefav out fit is a pair of nice jeans with a lite coloured top an either she will wear her tennis shoes or boots if its special occains she will wear high heels
