Character.
Everyone has usable life skills.
With character you can get an education.
And with an education you can get a good job to earn money.

It depends. If you have enough money then the education and usable life skills don't matter because you can hire someone to help you with that. Also, if you have money you can take classes educate yourself and hopefully improve your character. So I say if it is a lot of money than it is money. Otherwise I would choose education, where you can learn life skills, make money and improve your character.

Being 34 years old, my answer may be quite different than one would expect. I used to think Education was most important, but when I lost my career, my degree meant nothing. Usable Life Skills too mean nothing when they can be taken away by disease or physical impairment. Once again, my situation. Character is only important when you deal with someone. I am a loner and therefore Character is nice, but not the most important. Money, however, pays the bills, pays the rent, provides food on my table, allows me to educate myself, allows me to train new usable life skills, and allows me to put myself in situations where I can develop my character. Therefore, Money, is better.

Character. Having character can get you money. If you are a likeable person with a good character you can get a great job, even without a lot of education and life skills. If your a personable and know how to earn the respect and trust of others you can get almost anything in life.

Life skills; character next; then money; education is last. You don't get hired based upon your education.

Character as it is multi-sided, all the rest are not. Character brings true happiness, life experience, and skills that cannot be taught. I've got character and it's a blessing in all aspects.
