Watch where he's looking when he's talking to you. If he looks to his dominant side, he's lying. This is because the creative side of the brain is always on the dominant side, while the memory side is on the opposite. For example, if he's right handed and telling you where he was, if he looks to the right, he's making it up. If he looks to his left, that means he's telling the truth and he's retrieving it from memory.

A major tell-tale sign that someone's lying is that he or she avoids eye contact. Look at the footage of Susan Smith when she was pleading for the safe return of her two sons. Notice that she never looked directly at the camera or reporters when she was talking. She was lying. She knew exactly what happened to them.

I have had friends whose boyfriends are very possessive and always asked questions about their girls cheating. They've been very accusing. I think that would be a very good sign. Not 100% accurate, but a pretty good tell.

I know a couple of people who lie alot and straight to your face and I have noticed they both bat their eyes fast while talking and hardly look in your eyes, it's usually a flat out lie!! Watch for bodily oddities.

When your conversation is over with him/her, then walk away.
However, set up a CCTV camera to record their actions when your back is turned, and to record their comments when you are out of earshot.
Then burn the tapes, because ignorance is bliss :-)

if he touches his privates a lot when he's answering a question, he's definitely lying.
