I am landing at IGI Airport in Delhi but need to go to Kathmandu, Nepal. Is it possible for me to buy tickets on the spot at the airport.Is there a travel agency??Is it hard to get tickets for Kathmandu from Delhi??Your Help would be much appreciated.

There will be counters of airlines at IGI Airport and you can book the tickets from them. However, i feel that if you have already finalised dates of hyour travel, it will be better to book the tickets for kathmandu in advance

You can get the tickets at the airport directly from the airline counter. There is no need to visit any travel agent office for the same.
Generally the availability of the ticket on the day of travel for Delhi Katmandu is very less as the flights are full and only a few handpicked flights are availble.
