For one, you never become a good swimmer just staying on the edge of the pool. Eventually, you've got to dive in to finally learn how to swim. Take every opportunity to speak your mind and be an inspiration to others. Be guided by your motivation to bring out the best in them. The moment you stop focusing on yourself and your fears, you'll just realize you're raring to take on that "stage" with aplomb.
