Two same mass cars collide with each other while going at constant speed, will both of the cars exert the same force? Friction is ignored

A car hits another standing car will the moving car exert higher force on the non moving car? Both car masses are the same

In both questions the forces are equal. Without friction there are no external forces on the cars so conservation of momentum says the forces are the same magnitude in opposite directions. The masses could be different and the forces would still be "equal and opposite".
