I think the question is about what happens to their bodies and mental state while in space.

1. vertigo
2. weightlessness
3. Bone decalcification
4. Muscle atrophy

There are others but I'm too lazy to keep typing.

For one thing they get taller, sometimes by two inches, due to the microgravity. Also, their muscles can seriously deteriorate unless they carry out regular exercises. Then there's space sickness. The feeling that your constantly falling (which, in fact you are) makes about half the people who go up sick. Their bones also lose calcium. Some of the Russian cosmonauts who've spent months in orbit have taken years to be rehabilitated. You also feel like you constantly have a cold because your sinuses don't drain the way they do here on the ground. Sounds like fun, huh?

They are weightless. They can just fly without falling. You see this frequently on TV whenever they show pictures from the space station or the space shuttle.
