Lonely heart is worse-for me. A broken heart is sharp pain and takes time to get over, but hopefully your are left with good memories as well as pain. Lonely hearts are isolated and left wanting, no memories to sustain.

I feel that its better to have loved than to never loved at all...
To answer your question I feel that a lonely heart is worse...nothing beats a neglected heart. If your heart is broken, you know what it feels like to be loved but if your lonely...sure you can be in love, but nothing hurts more than being neglected, pushed away from your lover when they are "busy"
