Physical Therapy tips needed!?

I was in a car wreck in 2002 and suffered a traumatic brain injury. Everything works but I can't walk or talk plainly, and it hurts really badly to raise my right arm above my head. I've tried everything even getting in our pool daily. Nothing works. Any ideas?

Have you tried accupuncture?
It has worked for me pretty good. I was hit by a car last December and had my leg shattered - 8 fractures - accupuncture is part of my physical therapy and it always takes away pain and does other things also.
