That's absolutely terrible! What a way to ruin a kids self-esteem and motivation to learn. That teacher should be ashamed of himself.
And plus, that's practically calculus level math that most lawyers don't know, let alone use on a daily basis, yet they get paid a lot better than McDonald's employees. That teacher should be fired, and have his teaching license revoked.
