I hope you know what I mean lol I got this idea from an answer to my other question about how messy it is to eat spaghetti. They said something about not liking to eat it in public.

Gosh, that's a normal reflex.Even if you're alone or with a group or in public or in the comfort of your dining area, eating anything with sauce and not only spaghetti, we normally wipe off anything around our mouth.

i usually do it cause it's annoying feeling food on my face. but if i'm eatting something thats really messy where i have to wipe my mouth after every bite, some times i'll leave it messy for a bit

I am sure I usually do wipe off my mouth after eating - whether I am alone or not.

Wipe my mouth and chew my food slowly, doesn't matter if I'm alone or with guests.

yeah. i dont like being dirty or having food on me. and anyway if i dont wipe some thing like pasta sause off the i get a red mark around my mouth.

Yes, why wouldn't you? I also put my hand over my mouth when I yawn regardless of whether anyone else is present.
