High arches, very high. I buy special shoes that the insoles can be removed so that my special insoles can be placed in shoes. They work wonders. It does not help that I had a disease called "hperPARAthyroidism" about 10 years ago in which I broke both ankles and had about 8-10 stress fractures in each foot. (tarsals and metatarsals)(Along with a broke leg and both hips fractured). Three years ago I had to have 8 screws put in one foot because the bones were mush. So I have very bad foot problems. Now I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia.
Female-55-size 6 1/2 USA shoes except today when they are swelled twice their size. ouch!
All in all I do OK. : )
