We have been trying to get pregnant for a couple years now....I'M PREGNANT! I just found out! I should be telling him instead of telling all of you, but I want a very unique way to tell him since we have been trying for so long!!!
Please help!

Get him up in the middle of the night and tell him he's got to get used to this for when the baby comes. Congrats!!!

When I first found out I was pregnant I was WAY too excited to hold it in and couldn't even wait to tell him in person I called him up two min after the test finished and told him!! Lol but telling my dad was a bit different...I was really unsure how to tell my dad and then my honey's mom had a great idea...it was close to father's day and on fathers day my dad was going to come over and have a good home made dinner with us and so I got him a grandpa card for fathers day instead of a dad card. He quickly got the hint and is really excited...Halloween is coming up you could get a Happy Halloween card for "dad" for your honey. Or if his birthday is close a birthday card, or if it just passed a belated birthday card. Or just a simple I love you card or I miss you card or thinking of you card....just make sure they are made out to Dad and put it from your little one on the way! Halloween is coming up. I have seen a costume where the female wears that is an oven essentially w/ a pic on the front that looks like there is a bun inside baking. If you 2 go to a Halloween party, try to find that costume and buy it-don't tell him what you are dressin up as and just put it on. Hopefully, he'll figure it out.

Go out and buy a baby book. Have a romantic dinner planned and during your special meal say, "Hey Hon, would you want to go ahead and start filling this out?" as you hand him the book. Then who knows what will happen from there. My husband and I were married for 12 years before we had our first. We both cried like babies while we sat on the couch holding hands and talking to each other in amazement.

If you still have your pregnancy test, save it (cap back on) or plan to do another one. Go to a jewelry store and ask them for a necklace box. Most will give you one for free, especially if you tell them your plan. Put the used test in there and wrap it and hand it to him as a gift. He will think you bought him a gift from the jewelry store and will be shocked at first! Then you guys can cry happy tears together. Congrats!!!

I would write I'm pregnant on a bunch of balloons. Than fill his car with the balloons while hes at work. Then when he goes to open the car door the all fly out. I did this for a birthday.

Buy some nuetral colored baby booties and wrap them up in gift paper. Go out to a nice restaurant for dinner. Go to the "bathroom" and talk to the waiter about handing your husband the wrapped booties with your drinks or appetizers. Go back to the table and wait...your husband will be so surprised when the waiter hands him this "gift" of baby booties!!

My cousin wrapped up the pregnancy test and gave it to her husband on christmas morning. I know christmas is a little too far away but maybe you could do something similar.
How did the two of you get engaged? You could re-enact the way you got engaged but at the end, instead of saying "Will you marry me?" you could say "Will you have a baby with me?"

You could get up before him one morning, and put a baby's outfit, like sleepers on the dash or steering wheel of his car, and a note that says 'Congratulations, Daddy'...
You could change the wallpaper on your home computer to a picture of you with a 'baby on board' t-shirt on, and a big smile on your face...
There are sooo many cute things to do...I'm stuck on more right now...probably because I'm preggo myself, with 2 crazy kiddos already...and my brain is definitely mush! :)

CONGRADULATIONS!!!! THAT is sooo awesome you must be stoked! Best Wishes to you through it all Hun!!!ok..here are my ideas...lol
Tonite when you go tobed.....you can a)say "goodnight daddy" as you kiss him goodnight
B) say will you read US a bedtime story wiht your hand on your tummy
OR
attach a pacifier to a ribbon, the ribbon to a jar top and ask him to open the jar for you..then when he does he'll see the paci
OR
stand there looking at yourself in the mirror and touch your tummy and say...."Hunny..does this baby make my butt look big?"
