Where are wireless hotspots for Nintendo Wi-Fi iCristchurch, New Zealand!!!?

I am really annoyed because i bought a Wi-Fi headset thinking that you could log onto Wi-Fi anywhere! If someone knows where a hotspot in Chch is, i would really appreciate it.

And here are some spots I found on that list for Christchurch:

Memorial Avenue, Christchurch, 1300, New Zealand

118 Hereford Street, Christchurch, 1300, New Zealand

There may be more on that list, but these were the first two I noticed.
