AP News says:

"Congressional Democrats have chosen an unlikely source to pay for the bulk of their proposed $35 billion increase in children's health coverage: people with relatively little money and education."

It you hit the smokers with the tax, it acts like your are trying to reduce smoking.
It also is a tax increase. (Tea Tax) It provides an other social health entitlement, which cannot support itself as the number of smokers decrease.(which results in another layer if Government control).
This alone is reason to offer the poor up, as pawns to their greater needs

They believe they should be mom and dad. Oh God could you imagine bill and hillary??? NOOOOOOO

This is SOCIALISM plain and simple. They want to take from everyone (and hillary has said this) and give everyone an allowance. Too bad if you can not live on it.

Lets see her open her check book up and pay for this crap.
