Because lots of sick old men like to go online and mess f**k with little stupid teenage girls....and some people just try to have fun and meet friends.

It is really fun to chat with others.. You can play word games, etc...or talk about most anything.
I enjoy it, as I cannot get out much really like the iCQ chat rooms.

because my all of my friends live in a city 300 miles away and using a phone is too expensive :P

to meet new friends, fall in love, to stalk someone, to find a victim, all sorts of reasons. i just started trying to get into the chats, but mostly it's mindless dribble. guys trying to find sex. girls complaining about it.
