Does my motherboard Intel D102GGC supports Dual Channel Memmory?

NOPE! The motherboard uses ATI Xpress 200 chipset which supports dual channel mode. However, it was not implemented in some boards like the D102GGC. Check it out on pages 14 & 16 of this link:

The diagram on page 14 shows only memory channel A. Channel B was not implemented.

What it does support is :
Support for DDR2 400Mhz & 533Mhz
