Do you know why you are sterile? Just present the facts to her from your doctor - that is hard to dispute. Is she open to the possibility of adoption, or is your condition treatable?

Sterile, or unable to perform? If you're sterile, then you're shooting blanks, and that wouldn't be her fault by any stretch of the imagination. If you suffer from some kind of erectile dysfunction, then she might feel like it's her fault, and you should just reassure her, and go see a doctor to see if the problem can be corrected.

JUST like that :) Start with " It's not your fault..." because a lot of women put the blame on themselves. It means a lot when the man can first take the pain off of her, then put it on himself.

And, thank you for asking. You must really care for her. She is lucky no matter what.
