Hillary Clinton wanted to get votes for the suggestion that every baby born will be given a 5,000 dollars bond to be used for college or buying a new home when that person turns 18. It is a good proposal but the problem might be the money where the said project will get because this will surely be taken from taxes.
VOTE for your choice as US President on my 360 degrees blog and know who will likely win.

This is just another government program that people will contribute to,and that the government will "borrow" from to pay other bills. The interest paid to these bonds (when they mature) would come from the capital collected from whatever new stop-gap measure that the government enacts, whether it be a new tax,or robbing from another "social program".
Why haven't we learned this lesson from our current social-security program?
Besides...the (individual) $5000 contribution(s) that would be initially invested in this program would not perform anywhere near well enough to out-pace inflation. The $5000 would be better invested in the stock market,or a mutual fund. With the prescribed time frame (18 to 21 years) it's much more prudent to risk the ups and downs of equities than it is to rely on the dismal returns promised by this latest feeble attempt by the "powers-that-be".
Steer clear of this!
Vote it down!
Government promises are worth less than the dollar that they claim to back!
Private investments have ALWAYS paid more than any government investment. The sale of new government bonds are used largely to pay off the debts of previous government bonds.
BEWARE!

Hillary is playing the "I'm-all-about-the-children" card again, but this time we know she's full of it.
If Hillary really cared about the Children, should wouldn't have marched so zealously in the Million Mom Murder March a few years ago. She would instead take a stand against abortion past the 1st term, or something.
Sorry, but there are just too many dead babies to prove that this woman is anything but about "the children".

It shows me that those politicians will use any perspective they might to benefit an benefit. that is truly type of stupid for my area and made me snicker somewhat to be common approximately it. i assume she is attempting to assert she may be down somewhat, yet she's coming back good like Rocky did in his combat. i will in simple terms hear the Rocky music taking part in now as Hillary is popping out for the subsequent around. LOL

$5,000 dollars times intrest for 19 years is a lot for college especially if put in a Certificate of Deposit continually every five years on rollover. If you did nothing But that it would build at 5.5% over 20 years to 14,588.78 if you added 1,000 yearly to your amount it would be 51,374.86
so that is why the 5000 number

Just more pandering to those who burden society with 70% "out-of-wedlock" babies, who grow up in single-mom homes which the fathers have abandoned, to sell crack, rob quick-shops, commit rape, and gun down cops.

This says, "Vote for me, I will pay you $5000 for every baby."
It is nothing short of trying to buy votes.

Go get an education so you can comprehend things you read. bush forgot to tell ya he was going to give millions to iraq, saudi arabia, and NKorea. With the money that bush gave to other countries he could have given every american $10,000 instead.
