I Don't Think It's All That Rare Darl But I'll Congratulate You All The Same. I Think The Problem Is Celebrities Don't Seem To Stay Married For That Long These Days And As They Are The Ones We Hear About It Makes It Look As Though Marriages Aren't Lasting All That Long.

I think it depends on the people. I have been married for 14 1/2 years. We talk a lot and are still very happy. We have fights and disagreements like anybody else but normally get along very well.

It seems to be rare in this day. However my husband and I are going on 10 years and we are still happy as well. Congrats to both of you. : -)

Considering tht 50% of all marriages in America end in divorce, it's safe to say that, yes, your marital circumstance is somewhat rare.
