I've had blepharospasms for 5 weeks. I asked before what i should do, but the only answers I could get were to see a doctor. This would be easy if I lived in France, Canada, or UK, but I'm an American with no health insurance. I am not asking how to get cheap health insurance or anything like that, because I am aware of these options. I just want to know what I can do about this, without help from a doctor or hospital.

I do not know what that is. Go to www.webmd.com. It has everything medical there and it gives you advice on how to prevent things, treat things,etc. It is a great site.
