Depends what you mean by cheap.....I've been using high density foam for many years, you can get it at places that sell foam only. You can choose density and thickness to suit you. I find it much more comfortable than all but the very best mattresses. It's much cheaper than conventional mattresses, and you should get ten years' use, at least, out of the foam.

My mattress is very comfortable!!!!
I have had friends that what to buy my mattress but I will not part with it for any money!!!

TERRIBLE!!! I was warned about Pillow-tops and they were exactly right - it sinks in the middle so you are always sleeping on a slant! I have been suffering back aches for months now and can't afford a new bed.
My advice to anyone thinking of a pillow top - NO! They break down within 5 months time!
(and no I'm not 1,000lbs, I'm 155lbs, boyfriend is 225lbs) He has a little weight on but it's not enough to be a factor in my opinion.

not comfortable at all. its so firm i like soft mattresses. but ill deal with it, my dad bought it for me so ill keep it a few years at least. it was the thought that counts

Well I've been away from home for about a year and a half therefore away from my comfy wave-less water bed! Hatin' it definitely ! Now I'm on moms couch or a twin bed in my daughters closet!!! Not very comfy!

that's a mattress? i thought that it was just a bunch of springs wrapped in thin cloth. at least that's what i sleep on it sucks.

Double pillow top, 16" thick. Really comfortable.

I wake up with a crinky back but that's because I spend so long on the computer. lol.

I dunno,I wouldn't bet all my cash on a Tempu-pedic though.

All ten dollars of it. LAWL

It's lovely, thank you. Especially the canyon in the middle...makes it impossible to roll out of bed by accident, or design.
