what can i do when the person is following me all over the web.. & I know nothing of her except her online names ( which she keeps changing) She Is threatening me & stalking me.
I have tried to report her But to no avail. i dont know her email address.. Just know its her by the same messeges.. but her Online name keeps changing when i report her.. any advise.. im getting frightened here. I cant sleep.. or eat.. all i know about her is that she lives in Cicero IL. I live In Idaho.. but again she follows me everywhere online

Change all your e-mail accounts and your name on yahoo accounts, or any other accounts.

Aren't we being a little paranoid? How does this person know the sites you visit and all your email accounts unless you are somehow broadcasting it to the entire www? Or know the person? Does she know your name? Why are you so sure it is a she? Sumpin' is fishy here.
If you are truly frightened of an anonymous person on the internet who is playing you then call the local police but don't expect much except a yeah yeah from them.
By the way what is she threatening to do?
Just strikes me funny that Edwyn is offering help if you just "email me", probably what got this poster in trouble to begin with, emailing anonymous users.

Change everything, emails/user names and passwords. Have you contacted the police? If it's not a legal thing, you can still contact the ISP of the email she's using, or the company she's sending the emails from. Save the emails, and chances are she may have violated terms of service. Depending on the severity of the threat, perhaps law enforcement can trace her that way.

Be careful and just dont respond to the messages. Dont feel threaten, just change your infor on yahoo and she will get lost. message me if you need more help.

if you ignore the e-mails, they will stop. No one has sadistic fun sending them out if they get no response. Other possibility is CHANGE your e-mail and only tell your friends who you want to know your new one.
