Your body will take care of the baby first... any nutrients you eat or vitamins go to the baby... any residual go to you... make sure you are drinking more water than you want to.... so that you are okay... don't worry about under weight babies, as long as the baby is healthy and you are being healthy and taking care of your body... If you are a smoker or are doing any drugs or drinking, then I would tell you to worry... but if everything is the norm (fruits vegtable, and double caloric intake approx 2500-3000 a day) then you and your baby should be fine... make sure you are taking your pre-nat's... I am so serious when I say your body will take care of the baby first...
For example... the babies body needs calcium. If you are not taking your pre-nat's then the calcium in your body will go to the baby, and your teeth will fall out or become unhealthy... seriously... even if you are brushing...
enjoy the process and do the best you can on the outside for your baby...
You will freak with how fast your belly grows within just the next two weeks... it is crazy.. N'joy

What you look like on the outside does not show what size the baby is on the inside.
You look about how my sister did at that stage. She's quite slim and fit...you look pretty slim like her.
I always look huge for how far along I am...and my first was 7 lbs 4 oz, born at 40 wks + 2 days.
You're worrying too much - and we all do that from time to time, as Mommies.

uh... i am only 29 weeks and bigger... buutttt I've also started gaining weight like crazy this past month. my cravings just kicked in REALLY bad for sweet things and i haven't been able to just quit eating. haha. i was doing sooo well!!
i've gained 28 pounds already... but i'm trying to eat healthier again.
as long as your doctor says its fine and you're eating healthy and getting enough nutrients in you for both you and your baby, you should be fine. ask your doctor, definitely, but they say that most women who are average weight pre-pregnancy should only aim to gain about 25 pounds. 35 AT MOST, but 25 is the ideal.
i think you're fine. plus, you never can tell with weight. my mom lost 5 pounds with her 3rd pregnancy and she came out 8 pounds 11 ounces... she gained 65 pounds with her first pregnancy and she came out 5 pounds 5 ounces... so, really, how much weight YOU gain isn't really indicative of how much your baby will weigh....
i was concerned like 3 weeks ago about "not being big enough" because people were telling me i was so tiny... but just today someone asked me if i was having twins... HOW EMBARASSING! haha.
best of luck to you! and congrats!!

I am 31 weeks and bigger than that, but my baby is laying sideways and he is really low. All of his weight is like laying in a hammock I guess is the best senario I can come up with. lol I was about that size with my last baby though. Good Luck

At 32 weeks i was not even showing, I had my son at 35 weeks and he weighed 4lbs 15.6oz and was 17 inches long. He was very healthy.
I only gained 11 pounds. You are big enough.

That's about how big my sis was at that stage. I was way bigger and had huge babies. Your doctor will measure your uterus and tell you whether you're on track or not, but I think you're fine. That baby will grow a lot over the next 8 weeks.

Your doc will let you know if your weight is right and baby's size is right, but you do not look obscenely huge to me. My baby was sitting on my lap by 38 weeks.

Eveyone is different. If your OB doctor is not worried than don't you worry either. I've seen people bigger and 32 weeks but I've also seen them smaller.
