i've been separated from my 1st husband for 10 years. at present he has his own family and children. im planning to get married again but im scared that i'll be charged of bigamy because we were not annuled.

Simple - file the paperwork for a divorce. Its been 10 years apart, so there shouldn't be any delays. Then you are free and clear to get on with your new marriage.

There is no divorce in the Philippines so she cannot file for one. The next option is annulment. But you have to spend at least 100k to have your marriage annuled. Even if you get married now your marriage will be invalid because of the first marriage.

Don't get married til you have your divorce papers, if you marry before then you will end up being charged with bigamy.

That is what a divorce is for whether or not he has legally remarried or not, you need to and bring it to the table if he has not because you will be in alot of trouble, this is nothing to debate over.

well geez get a divorce. I'm sure it will not be contested. If it has been 10 years, you have not excuse for not getting one. So, before you commit to another, Go file and know its done.

yes..absolutely yes...unless you ask permission from your ex husband,that you will also getting married.if he will agree ask also to give you(ex hubby)a written permission or a waiver for you,that stating there that he gives you freewill to marry to anyone you desire of course with signature in it ok

get a divorce and you wont be charge with it.. but if you dont and he has a grudge against you he can charge you with it.. or black mail you
