I am thirteen living in southeast U.S.A and i want to become an actor. please don't say i should not get my hopes up because acting is something hard to get into

You need your parent's permission first. You need training, get into classes. You shouldn't go auditioning until you know what you're doing.
Once you have all that, check out backstage.com (casting search) & actorsaccess.com. You should also do a websearch for your state and the word film. Most states have film commissions, alliances & societies and their sites have information mainly to attract the film industry to your location, but they also have info on classes, casting, etc. So check them out thoroughly and get what info you can.
Once you have a good amount of training and you buid a decent resume, then go to SAG.org and get a list of legit agencies to send your headshot and resume to.

There are no such websites. They are a fantasy of the hundreds of thousand like yourself that want to be in the movies and on tv.

Try getting an acting agent, they will give you upcoming auditions that will fit you personally. Or you can try www.starsearchcasting.com i don't know how reliable it is but....... you can always try it.
