Selection
If three people want to go home early and only one can then they can play rock, paper, scissors to find out who goes home. It is a fair system to decide who win at a short simple contest.
The old method was to use eni, meni, mini, mo; which is not random and not fair.
The order is:
Rock beats scissors, because scissors can't cut rock.
Scissors beats paper because it can cut paper.
Paper beats rock because it can wrap rock.

I think the point to the game is that nothing is required to play (providing everyone has hands of course) and it's usually not so much a game in itslef but as a way of choosing a person (say to do a task) that's random and by chance. You have three choices a flat hand (paper) a fist (rock) or two fingers (scissors)
Scissors beat paper (scissors can cut paper)
Rock beats scissors (rock smashes scissors)
Paper beats rock (paper covers rock)
The rest are a draw (both have rock/scissors/paper) and you go again

Rock, paper scissors is just like flipping a coin. When two or more people want the same thing, instead of flipping a coin to see who wins, they play RPS.
Scissors cut paper.
Paper covers a rock.
Rock smashes the scissors.
If you both do the same signal, you just repeat it. Most people play best 2 out of 3.

It is commonly played by children who are simply playing a game . For example, whoever cuts/cover the other player wins. Rocks can smash scissors, scissors cut paper and paper covers rock.

Well, there are numerous reasons for Rock, Paper, Scissors
One reason is to settle disputes between people who cannot decide on what to do
Another reason is it is just a game and is fun when there is nothing to do
The final reason, is i believe, one of the most basic ways a human can learn is that power keeps control of other powers

If we don't understand what in actual actuality, then each and every thing we coach our little ones probable isn't genuine. the state-of-the-paintings loss of any appropriate textbook, i.e. a textbook requiring no further revision to maintain %. with the continually changing panorama of human expertise, proves that each and every physique of our expertise is subject to modification and correction. So it could look that we've yet to truly thoroughly "understand" something. Given this unhappy set of circumstances, we can't tell our little ones any certainty, so we motel to bs like RPS. curiously, that's touching directly to the superb we are able to consciously do at this component in our evolution.
