We may look at people who eat dogs as bad or barbaric. But we eat pork & pigs are smarter than dogs. We wouldn't consider eating our pet parrot but we eat chicken.

You got a great point going. I don't see the difference either. They are all still animals. Have you ever been around a pig? They are brilliant, just as dogs and cats are... and I had a chicken and a duck as pets I got one year... they were smart too.

You eat what you are familiar with in your culture. I have been offered many strange critters served in many ways in many foreign (to me) places.

And the point is? Humans are omnivores, depending on your "belief" we evolved or were created that way. (Note evolution is not a belief, it is a proven scientific fact).
