I have a cruise in November, and I was wondering if people on the program are ever allowed to leave the country for certain circumstances? I know you can't "leave" your county which you reside. I purchased the cruise 6 months before I was on this program, so you'd figure they would be nice about it...right?

If your community control officer O.K.'s it, then yes. If not, no. Given the facts you listed, it will probably be authorized.

Usually, the answer is NO. I suggest you speak with your attorney about this. He/She may be able to get the judge to allow you to go on the cruise, but again, usually the answer is NO.
