Can you use windows powerpoint to upload videos to youtube?

my slides won't upload and i'm using powpoint so I was wondering if it was me or powerpoint

You can't use Windows PowerPoint for videos to put on YouTube. They don't accept the file type. You have to have some type of a movie file.
