I try to think of other things or block it out and that ussually helps, but sometimes i can't think of anything else to think about. and then it really gets bad because since i have nothing to think about i think about it being a ghost and i'm "feeling thier pressence". it ussually freaks me out so bad that i have to get up and go downstairs and go on the computer with all the lights on so i don't think about. so do you think i'm feeling spirits or what? or am i just crazy?

This could be an anxiety reaction where you get intrusive, compulsive thoughts (I had this sort of things going on when I was a child) . In this case, you need to address larger issues in your life and find ways to quiet your mind and emotions. Or if it happens while you are actually falling asleep,it could be a kind of hypnogogic dream state (predream state) that classically involves feelings of unseen presences and has to do with pressure or some kind of chemical reaction in a primitive part of the brain.

Of course, there could be presences in the room. I have been in places where I moved my bed from one room to another because I couldn't deal with the "energy" in a certain room. Rather than"find out what they want" as one person suggested, if you can't move to another room, you need to basically be genuinely dismissive of the presences and you may want to "clear" the space occassionally by either ringing a sonorous bell around the area (this is what I used to do) or else "smudge" the area with sage or incense. Don't do it as if your "banishing" or "exorcising" something. Do it in daylight when you're in comfortable mood with the thought that your just clearing and freshening up the vibes in the area. Even if nothing "is there" ringing a bell or playing some kind of sonorous metallic intrument (like a gong or singing bowl) will make you feel more peaceful and will help balance or neutralize the mood of the area.

defiantely NOT crazy. haha. i do the sma ething sometime. sometimes its just that your brain has had a stressful day, no matter what you did. your brain can be stressed even if you've been sitting around all day. so anyways, maybe your head is just playing tricks on you and telling your body that there is aomeone else in the room.

you are not crazy, you are probably intuitive. i think there are spirits all around, and i think everyone has the ability to fee and see things, just not everyone is able to hone that skill, nor wants to hone that skill. i find this happens to me a lot, and frankly it scares me. i pray, and then i find peace with it and it's ok...if you are spiritual i would pray...but i definitely don't thin you are crazy or that your feelings are unique.

Could be a spirit. Your job is to find out who it is and what they want.
