Probably not- a Cd adapter would be very complicated, because of the spin rates and the laser position detection that would be required. A griffin Itrip or similar would let you play your music over your radio, or a tape adapter would let you listen to your songs through the tape player, Although some car stereos have a line in jack that you could plug your Ipod into through a audio male to male conector/adapter.

There is a way to connect your ipod to your stereos auxillary.

If you are lucky you have an auxillary cord on the outside of your radio, but that is only if you have a rather new car.

You can get an auxillary cord installed from behind but you will have to get someone to do that for you and will cost you about a hundred dollars.

I did it and I love that I did it.. Very worth the money. I have access to all my music wherever I drive and I dont have to worry about cluttered radio stations.

Also can get an rf interface, that is hooked between the radio antenna and the radio. Then the jack mounts to the dash, so all you do is plug the ipod in when you wish, and hit the memory button for the station you have preprogrammed.
