there is a wonderful little pill called loestrin. it's a low hormone birthcontrol pill. my period only last two days...
and you can take the active pills for 3 months straight and not get a period at all. much like the seasonal...which in that case you'd get one every three months.

You don't say how long your periods last, but seven days is not too long. Your periods last as long as your body needs to get rid of the lining. There's really nothing you can do to make it shorter.
The only option is the pill, but it only shortens it by one day which would be a waste of time and would make your hormones go crazy if you don't really need it.
Before I went on the pill, my periods lasted 7 days. On the pill they have been 6 days for 14 years - until one month ago they went back to seven days again.

Some things you can do to reduce the time of your period is to take in a high content of Vitamin C. Drink things like Lemonades or Orange Juice these cut down on the bleeding alot of the time. Also taking a Vitamin C tablet helps out alot! 500 to 1000 mg are ok. just dont do more than that

I have no idea. My periods last nearly 9-14 days at a time.

The birth control pill will shorten your periods. Also there is the Depo provera that will stop your periods all together

Best option other than birth control is to drink a lot of water. Maybe 8-10 cups a day or more.

go on birth control if thats not on option....
periods last for as long as they need. but what ive notice is that when i use tampons my period is shorter then when i use pads. i have no idea why it just is. also if you have bad cramps eat pinneaples they help with period pains

birth contol can regulate and shorten periods but check with your doctor to check if you are at risk for blood clots and other problems
