When I can keep up with my 21 year old daughter, we kick hacky sack and like to hangout like bestfriends, I missed out on a lot of my teen years, I had her at 17, so anything we do together makes me feel at least young and full of spirit, I think I am lucky to have this closeness with her and still have the energy and health to do things with her, it does make me feel more myself, I have a very energic personality sometimes, especially when I was younger, it hasn't changed all that much.

When I have studied either Nichiren Daishonin's or Daisaku Ikeda's writings or some other philosophy until I feel that I have deepened understanding and chanted daimoku for about an hour to integrate the understanding in my life, and then go apply it in a way that helps me and others.

Hi Rena, I feel good and alive when i help people.I can rest peacefully on my sofa at night.Knowing i have done a good deed for the day.If we help others we in a way help ourselves.By Spreading positive energy back and forwards between each other lives.Reflecting good karma.

What makes me feel like myself, would be having some time for myself, doing what I have always done before all my Grand-kids were Born, have some time to Read a good Book.

When I am among loved ones that truly know me. I also have a best friend that I can tell anything and everything to in confidence. That gives me much assurance knowing that I can be myself and be accepted for who I am.

Being with people that make me feel comfortable, people I'm familiar with, being in a group of people I'm not familiar with tends to make me very uncomfortable!!
