When I can keep up with my 21 year old daughter, we kick hacky sack and like to hangout like bestfriends, I missed out on a lot of my teen years, I had her at 17, so anything we do together makes me feel at least young and full of spirit, I think I am lucky to have this closeness with her and still have the energy and health to do things with her, it does make me feel more myself, I have a very energic personality sometimes, especially when I was younger, it hasn't changed all that much.

When I have studied either Nichiren Daishonin's or Daisaku Ikeda's writings or some other philosophy until I feel that I have deepened understanding and chanted daimoku for about an hour to integrate the understanding in my life, and then go apply it in a way that helps me and others.

When I am among loved ones that truly know me. I also have a best friend that I can tell anything and everything to in confidence. That gives me much assurance knowing that I can be myself and be accepted for who I am.

Contradiction. Conflict. Struggle.
Consider "overdose" deaths and injuries. They haven't caused me to backoff of my belief in freedom. See the source link below to find out why.

The last time I felt completely myself I was galloping across the black mountains in Wales. Me, my horse and nothing in our way but the wind.
