I had this problem occur to me a lot. Sometimes this connectivity problem occurs due to a disconnection between the modem and your ISP. There are many ways to fix this problem, the easiest is to disconnect the router and have the modem connect to the internet by itself. After you have disconnected your router, turn off your modem and wait for 10 seconds. After ten seconds, turn you modem on. Now, wait until all the lights on the modem turn green. This surely should help you connectivity problem. Now you can connect back your router and surf the web. I hope this surely will help to get back to surfing the web. If this doesn't work you can always call your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for troubleshooting.

There is insufficient info to answer properly.

Has it worked before? If so, did you change router settings? If not, did you forget to save the router config and it rebooted to an invalid config?

Can you see other pcs on your LAN? Can you ping the default gateway address of your router? Do you even know what this means?

Do you have a dynamic IP address from your ISP? (this is likely). If so remove the router, power down the router and modem; disconnect the pc from the LAN port of the ruter and connect it to the modem. Power down the pc and leave it off for at least 1 minute. Turn on the router; at least 0.5 min later turn on pc. Do you have internet now? If so, the internet feed and modem are working properly and your problem is the router config. Reconfig it. If you do not have Internet with the pc connected to the modem, contact your ISP as the problem is with their feed or their modem.

The first poster has the best idea. Adding to this, make sure your router is set to be using DHCP. Then make sure windows is configured to use DHCP. This should be default on the router you are using, and in Windows, but it never hurts to check. In the Network devices folder right click on your (I assume) ethernet connection, and click "repair" after you do that, open a command prompt by going to "start", "run" and type "cmd" type "ping www.google.com" and look for replies. If it says connection timed out, you have something still wrong. It wouldn't hurt to call up AT&T and talk to their tech support. The problem may be on their end too.

Low signal, no signal, or connection problem.

Click control panel>network and internet and see if you are connected. If you are check signal if wireless. You may need to choose another network if you are wireless.

You can power cycle your modem and router. unplug modem and router from power. Plug in modem, wait until llights are on. Plug in router, wait until lights are on. See if you are connected.
