if one has 1 testicle tat testicle will work the amount for the lost one in tat case a man with one testicle is not at a disadvantage yur ok

Absolutely! The testicles have no bearing on the sex of the baby. There are little boy and little girl spermies all mixed up in each testicle. The chances of getting pregnant are a little smaller, but it won't make any difference on whether you have a boy or girl.

Yes. Both testicles produce both X and Y sperm through a process call meiosis. So even if he only has one, he will still have both X and Y sperm.

The gender of the child depends on the presence of the 'Y' chromosome in the child's DNA, and the either of the father's testicles are capable of producing 'X' (female) or 'Y' (male) chromosomes in the sperm. you bet he can. just because he has only one testicle doesn't mean he is not capable of makign babies of either or both genders.
