Absolutely! The testicles have no bearing on the sex of the baby. There are little boy and little girl spermies all mixed up in each testicle. The chances of getting pregnant are a little smaller, but it won't make any difference on whether you have a boy or girl.

Yes. Both testicles produce both X and Y sperm through a process call meiosis. So even if he only has one, he will still have both X and Y sperm.

Yes. It does not matter if he only has 1 testicle! What do you think? The left testicle makes girls and the right one makes boys??!!

The gender of the child depends on the presence of the 'Y' chromosome in the child's DNA, and the either of the father's testicles are capable of producing 'X' (female) or 'Y' (male) chromosomes in the sperm. You are fortunate on your arrival-to-come, and you should be happy to expect more in the future . . .
Best of luck to you and your husband . . .

Yes, each testicle is not assigned a particular sperm to produce. You could have a girl or a boy. Congratulations

Yes he can. The sperm's X and Y chromosomes determine what gender the baby will be.
