I am sure that if you get some therapy of counseling and have that in your employment record that you will again find employment. You may not start at the position you were but you can always work your way back up to the top.
Believe in yourself and anything is possible.

Depending on the severity of the accusation. You may can get another job as long as you don't work with or deal with many people. Or if you have a small number of people you work with. In any case, I would avoid people at all cost to keep from getting accused of sexual harrassment again.

The company from which you were fired is obligated by law (US)
to notify future companies of your offense(s) if the company believes you could pose a risk to public or employee safety. That is, if you list your previous company as a reference or if your offense would show up on a criminal background check.
So if there is a lack of a significant time passage from the offense, and/or if you have neglected to improve yourself via some type of rehabilitation, then finding a meaningful job may be difficult.

Yes you can, just not at the company that fired you. (Unless it is Waffle House - I speak from the experience of seeing people fired 4 and 5 times for SH and STILL getting their jobs back).

Yes, you can work again! However, you will probably have a very hard time getting hired again.

Technically, unless you are granted a pardon, you cannot work. Employers don't like criminals.
