I do not know, but I was active in MUN many years ago.

First you should study what is important to Guatemala. Do they have problems with drug cartels?
Do they have a history of the USA interfering in their nation's history?
How are their laws with respect to honoring women?

Basically is what is happening in Afghanistan pretty much the same as what is happening in Guatemala, is their form of government similar or is some activity in Afghanistan logically offensive when compared to standards in Guatemals?

Look back at recent activities by the USA with the UN where a bunch of nations agreed to help in some coalition. Was Guatemala part of the coalition or not?

Get rid of the UN. That would be a big step forward.
